Fear the Devourers - Classic Edition

Beware of the insatiable Devourers. Once they have your scent, these terrifying beasts will hunt you to the ends of the Continent, erupting out of the ground at any moment! 

It all starts with the flip of a random encounter card. By the time you see it, it’s already too late, they know where you are, they have your scent… and they hunger!  

When you first encounter a Rockworm on the outskirts of the Continent they may be small, infants even, but they are still more than a handful!

Unlike other random (Exploration card) encounters though, Rockworms don’t just disappear! If you don’t deal with them, they will remain where they are, waiting, until you decide to take a stand… If you have to face them however, there is a small chance that you can escape their attention if you’re clever. Otherwise violence is your only recourse and these things don’t go down easily!
